How Does It Work?
CommonAR employs augmented reality and facial recognition technology to enhance networking experiences by overlaying attendee profiles within your vicinity. Users can activate the inward-facing camera to capture a "selfie" with a newly met individual or use the outward-facing camera to scan the environment. As you engage with each attendee, AI generates matching data based on both participants’ profiles, facilitating more meaningful conversations. Additionally, all shared social media contacts are conveniently compiled for easy reference and follow-up.
Why Use CommonAR?
CommonAR aims to enhance the effectiveness of networking events. The initial challenge of connecting with others in a new environment can be daunting, especially when faced with time limitations and the pressure to forge numerous connections. Current networking events often lack the necessary tools for efficient engagement, leading to missed opportunities for meaningful interactions. By leveraging our technology, attendees can bypass the usual awkwardness of small talk and quickly focus on shared interests, enabling more productive conversations.
How Much Does It Cost?
CommonAR is completely free for hosts and users alike. We are committed to maintaining this no-cost model while continuing to enhance our platform in order to foster significant in-person interactions.
How Do I Get Started?
To begin, simply download the app and create a new event at commonar.com. Share the event link with your desired attendees, and you’re ready to go.
